ASSESSMENTS

It is imperative that all property assessments be paid in a timely manner.

The yearly fee is $486.37. This does include the trash rebate from the City of Houston.

Members receive the bills for the yearly assessment in December, and the amounts are due in January. Late fees are assessed after the 31st of January. The Association retains the right to collect unpaid assessments as set forth in the Deed Restrictions of the Briarcroft (Houston) POA.

No plans for construction or renovation of a residence or related outbuilding shall be considered by the Board until all assessments on the property being submitted for approval are paid in full.
